Upon submission of your photographs/videos/illustrations/collages/drawings, etc. to LE MILE Magazine, including its print, online, and social media platforms, you consent to abide by the following terms of publication

The submitted photographs must be previously unpublished and not submitted for consideration to any other publication. Each photograph must be your original work and not duplicated or substantially copied from any other source.

You must hold all legal and beneficial ownership rights to all submitted photographs. Submitted materials must not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party, including confidentiality or privacy rights. Furthermore, submissions must not contain content that is obscene, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, blasphemous, defamatory, menacing, threatening, likely to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism, in violation of any laws, or encouraging of any actions that could be construed as a criminal offence or infringement upon any civil liberties.

You affirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions and releases from any individuals or locations featured in the photographs and hold the right to use any materials contained within. Additionally, you assure that no animals were harmed during the production of any photographs.

While you retain the copyright in all photographs submitted for publication in LE MILE, you understand and agree that LE MILE and lemilestudios, as the publishers of LE MILE Magazine and LE MILE Digital, reserve the right to use any submitted photograph in any related publication, website, promotional material, or exhibition. Consequently, you grant lemilestudios a global, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and reproduce the photographs for any commercial, promotional, and marketing activities related to LE MILE and lemilestudios. This includes, but is not limited to, the rights to store photographs in an electronic or digital format and to display them on websites.

Compliance with these terms is a prerequisite for submission. Acceptance of these rules as definitive is mandatory and you agree to adhere to them.

You acknowledge and agree that the editorial board of LE MILE reserves the right to exclude a produced spread from publication at their sole discretion. This may occur if the submitted material does not meet the aesthetic standards and guidelines of the magazine, fails to conform to the pre-approved mood board, does not adhere to other conditions set forth by the magazine such as minimum style count, or if there has been disregard for our Brand List. Additionally, lack of coordination and confirmation of involved models or fashion brands by the editorial team may lead to exclusion. This principle is rooted in the freedom of journalism, which allows editors to decide what content best serves the publication‘s values and audience. In such cases, you agree not to make any claims against the magazine.

You further agree that by submitting your photographs for publication, you are bound by these rules and you confirm that you accept all rules as final and that you will abide by them. You further agree to release and hold harmless LE MILE Magazine, LE MILE Digital, lemilestudios, and their respective affiliates from any liability, claim or damage arising out of or relating to your submission and LE MILE‘s use of your submitted materials.
